1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the website at beekoglobal.com (the "Website"). The Website is operated by 3-102-950720 SRL, a company incorporated in Costa Rica (registration no. 3-102-950720), with its registered address at Oficentro Terra Campus Corporativo, Torre 1, Oficina 202, San Diego, La Unión, Cartago, Costa Rica ("BeeKo", "we", "us"). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

2. Nature of the Website

The Website is a business-to-business information site. It describes our games, platform and services for licensed operators, prospective partners and media. The Website does not offer gambling, does not accept wagers or payments and does not provide player accounts.

The BeeKo and BeeKo Global names and logos, our slot game titles and game artwork, and all other content on the Website are owned by BeeKo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view the Website and print or download pages for your internal evaluation of a business relationship with us. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use our logos, game titles or game artwork for any other purpose without our prior written consent. Partner names and logos shown on the Website belong to their respective owners.

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, or collecting content or data from it by automated means without our permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

This document may be published in several languages. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.
